4. AI Assistant Limitations

5. Use Restrictions

6. Intellectual Property
The content, graphics, logos, software, and related materials on these services are the property of Blaylar Health or its licensors and are protected by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blaylar Health and its providers, staff, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the services and operations of Blaylar Health. Questions about these terms may be directed to the contact information below.
9. Connected Apps and External API Services
Optional health-data connections require express patient consent or the consent of a legally authorized representative for the requested access, use and exchange. General acceptance of these terms does not authorize an optional app connection or an unrelated use. Sale of health data is prohibited entirely, including de-identified and aggregated health data; consent or authorization does not create an exception. The connected-app privacy notice explains data use, sharing, device permissions, withdrawal and disposal. Copies directed to an independent app that is neither a HIPAA covered entity nor a business associate are no longer protected by HIPAA in that app; this does not remove protections from our retained clinical record.
External health systems and API providers may impose their own applicable access terms. For integrations with Acentra Health, where offered, Blaylar Health's API access is subject to the applicable Acentra Health API agreement and any separately required acceptance by our authorized account owner. Any additional agreement required from you will be presented separately. These terms do not certify that an integration is approved, represent acceptance of an external agreement, or require you to accept an undisclosed third-party contract. Questions about an integration's applicable terms may be sent to the contact below.
